Deputy CM DK Shivakumar has announced a decentralized automated online approval process for residential construction plans in Bengaluru. The scheme, called 'Nambike Nakshe', allows architects and engineers to self-declare plans online and obtain sanction plans by paying specified fees. The scheme is part of the new Brand Bengaluru initiative, which aims to eliminate corruption and save time for the public.
