Talks on seat-sharing for the upcoming parliamentary polls in Jammu and Kashmir are underway between the National Conference (NC), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Congress, according to a senior Congress official. While the NC has announced its intent to contest all three seats in the Kashmir Valley, discussions are ongoing to resolve any potential disagreements.
