The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing in April for the petition filed by Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray faction challenging the decision of Maharashtra Speaker Rahul Narwekar to reject the disqualification of legislators from the Eknath Shinde group who were considered the real Shiv Sena. The court also questioned whether the Speaker's decision was contrary to the top court's judgment.
