The NIA has charge-sheeted Pramod Mishra and Anil Yadav, prominent politburo members of the CPI (Maoist), in the case of the group's revival in the Magadh zone. Pramod Kumar has been charged under sections 120B, 121A of IPC and sections 17, 18, 18(B), 20, 38 and 40 of UAPA. Mishra has criminal cases registered against him in Jharkhand.
