The court hearing in the 2018 defamation case against Rahul Gandhi, over his alleged objectionable remarks targeting Home Minister Amit Shah, was postponed to March 13 as Gandhi's counsel sought more time due to his involvement in the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. Santosh Pandey, the advocate of complainant Vijay Mishra, opposed the request for additional time.
