Andhra Pradesh Congress leader Y S Sharmila lodged a complaint with the Cyber Crime police in response to "derogatory" content posted about her on social media, according to police sources. Sharmila, daughter of the late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, former chief minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh, and younger sister of current Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, alleged that certain individuals uploaded and circulated insulting content about her on YouTube and various other social media platforms, as stated in the complaint filed by one of her aides.
