Shubhkaran Singh, a 21-year-old resident of Bathinda, was killed, and 12 police personnel were injured during clashes at the Khanauri border point on the Punjab-Haryana border on Wednesday. The incident occurred as some protesting farmers attempted to move towards barricades.
