After the order, Adhikari and BJP MLA Shankar Ghosh visited Sandeshkhali and met the locals there. Left leader Brinda Karat and another CPI-M leader were also allowed to visit the area after the HC order. "It is a victory of the Constitution. We are happy," Adhikari said ahead of going to Sandeshkhali.
