The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned Prafulla Samal and his son Prayaskanti over an alleged money laundering case related to land irregularities at Barapada Engineering College in Odisha. The investigation follows raids conducted at 10 locations in Bhadrak and Bhubaneswar cities on 15.02.2024, under the provisions of PMLA, 2002.
