Trinamool Congress leader Shibu Hazra was arrested in Sandeshkhali, as confirmed by party member Kunal Ghosh on Saturday. Ghosh stated that the police, administration, and government are carrying out their duties in the matter. He emphasized that Hazra's arrest does not validate the allegations against him, and he believes that the truth will be revealed in due course.
