Lok Sabha Polls 2024: Asaduddin Owaisi-led AIMIM plans to contest five out of the 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra in the upcoming 2024 general elections. The party is conducting surveys in the constituencies to formulate an effective electoral strategy. AIMIM leader Dr Abdul Gaffar Quadri criticised the Congress and NCP parties for considering AIMIM as "untouchables" and questioned the treatment meted out to his party by the so-called secular parties.
