The BJP is reportedly considering nominating some of its office bearers and senior leaders involved in organizational activities for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections, according to sources. The party has approached nearly all Union ministers who are Rajya Sabha MPs, seeking two Lok Sabha seats each for them. Sources suggest that many ministers have shown interest in contesting from urban constituencies, with Delhi and Bengaluru being prominent choices.
