The Delhi High Court has allowed expelled Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra to withdraw her petition challenging the eviction notice issued by the Directorate of Estates. Moitra had already vacated the government accommodation allotted to her, making the petition moot. The court dismissed the petition as withdrawn, stating that the petitioner had already vacated the premises.
