The Allahabad High Court did not provide relief to the Muslim side in the Gyanvapi mosque case after the Varanasi court allowed Hindu prayers in the mosque's cellar. The court will hear the case on February 6. The order was passed on the day of Varanasi district judge Ajaya Krishna Vishvesha's retirement. The district court had appointed the Varanasi District Magistrate as the receiver of the property on January 17. The appeal filed by the Muslim side also challenges this order.
