Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge responded to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's accusation that the opposition was causing disruptions in Parliament. Kharge claimed that data from the past two decades showed that most disruptions occurred during the 15th Lok Sabha (2009-2014) when the BJP was the principal opposition party.
