Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to the Opposition members who have disrupted proceedings in the past to use the budget session as an opportunity to repent and leave "good footprints" as those engaging in unruly conduct are not likely to be remembered for their conduct while even bitter critics who offered valuable suggestions will leave a mark.
