Soren held a meeting with legislatures of both JMM and Congress at the CM's residence later in the day. His wife Kalpana Soren was also present during the meeting. There are indications that if Soren gets arrested by ED, he could pass the baton to his wife. All MLAs of JMM and Congress have been asked not to leave the state capital. Late Tuesday evening, a meeting of the JMM legislative party also took place at the CM's residence where the political situation in the state was discussed. Party leaders told ET that they have their plans ready in case of ED action on the CM and it would be disclosed at the right time.
