The Supreme Court dismissed a plea by the Andhra Pradesh government challenging the anticipatory bail granted to TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road scam case. The bench noted that an appeal involving the same FIR and other accused was already dismissed last year, and it is not inclined to entertain the state government's appeal in this case
