BJP President JP Nadda praised Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's alliance with the party as "natural" and said the coalition would benefit the state. He stated that INDIA stands for "bhrashtachar bachao, parivar bachao" (protect corruption and save the family). Nadda emphasized that Bihar has gained in law and order and economic development with Kumar's government.
