The Delhi High Court has dismissed TMC leader Mahua Moitra's plea to halt the eviction from her government accommodation, which is the subject of a notice from the Directorate of Estate. This is the third notice asking her to vacate the official bungalow, following her expulsion from the Lok Sabha in connection with the 'cash-for-query' case.
