Turfan, Xinjiang: China's first intelligent oyster mushroom production enterprise was officially put into operation

TURFAN, China, Nov. 26, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- On November 21, in the intelligent oyster mushroom cultivation workshop of Xinjiang Turfan Jiumulin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., boxes of freshly picked oyster mushrooms were sent to the packaging workshop. Staff from the State Grid Turfan Power Supply Company are helping the company check the operation of the automatic humidification equipment.

Xinjiang Turfan Jiumulin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is China's first intelligent oyster mushroom production enterprise. The company's new intelligent production line for oyster mushrooms can realize the whole process of intelligent production, including stick production, mixing, bagging, sterilization, inoculation, cultivation, mushroom production, and packaging. In early November, the production line was officially put into operation.

In order to ensure the development of new agricultural productivity, the State Grid Turfan Power Supply Company took the initiative to send staff to carry out the investigation and formulation of the electricity plan in the early stage of the construction of the new production line of the enterprise, and set up a 2850 kVA transformer to ensure the electricity demand of the enterprise.

It is understood that the production line can produce 7 million oyster mushroom sticks per year, with an average daily production of about 8 tons of oyster mushrooms. Through cooperative operation, farmers around the factory are driven to plant mushrooms, and the mushroom rice harvested is processed into cattle and sheep breeding feed, and the annual output value of the enterprise can reach 150 million yuan.
