Highrisers sign Jho Maraguinot

MANILA, Philippines — After not being included in Nxled's lineup, Jho Maraguinot now has a new home with Galeries Tower.

The Galeries Tower Highrisers welcomed the opposite spiker on its socials on Wednesday, Nov. 13.

The former Ateneo de Manila University volleybelle played with Eastern Communications Perlas Spikers (2020-2022), BaliPure Water Defenders (2021-2023), Akari Power Chargers (2022-2024), and Nxled (2023-2024).

The 28-year-old hitter was dubbed as the "Eagle Claw" as she was known for his tough angled crosscourt hits.

During her professional stint under head coach Taka Minowa called her 'lazy' and 'unprofessional,' but the turning corner for the team Nxled.
