("Altai” or the "Company”) on October 22, 2024, announcing the death of Niyazi Kacira, the Acquiror's spouse, the Acquiror has assumed direct ownership of 8,226,157 common shares of the Company (the "Acquisition”), representing approximately 14.7% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company (the "Shares”). Prior to the Acquisition, the Acquiror directly owned, independently of the Acquiror's deceased spouse, 1,500,000 Shares, representing approximately 2.7% of the total issued and outstanding Shares. After giving effect to the Acquisition, the Acquiror has direct ownership of 9,726,157 Shares, representing approximately 17.4% of the total issued and outstanding Shares. These shares are for investment purposes.
