MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Risa Hontiveros said the revelations by dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo during Tuesday's executive session supported her committee's theory on those behind the illegal activities of the country's Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs). "I am not fully satisfied with the revelations in the Executive Session, although Guo Hua Ping (Alice Guo) confirmed one crucial personality. This corroborates a theory that the Committee shared a month ago," said Hontiveros without providing further details. "Since photos of a former chief PNP and other PNP personalities with POGO personalities were shown during Tuesday's hearing, we are calling for a response from them. This is important to move the proceedings forward and ensure fairness," said the chairman of the Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations, and Gender Equality.
