Bilyonaryo News Channel (BNC) is set to make its major television debut on Monday, September 9, with a powerhouse lineup of veteran broadcast journalists leading its primetime newscast, "Agenda." The program will feature two of the industry's seasoned news anchors — Korina Sanchez-Roxas and Pinky Webb — billed as the "Agenda Setters."
Sanchez-Roxas, an award-winning journalist with nearly five decades in the industry, is making a highly anticipated return to the anchor desk after nearly a decade away from newscasting. Known for her straightforward questioning style, Sanchez-Roxas has been a staple of Philippine broadcast journalism, anchoring major news programs and lifestyle shows. Her role on "Agenda" will see her continue to engage critical stakeholders on pressing national issues.
Fellow "Agenda Setter," Webb brings over 30 years of experience to the newscast with her calm yet incisive approach to news delivery. Her balanced presentation style has earned the trust of many viewers who appreciate her ability to tackle complex issues with clarity and composure.
Meanwhile, "Agenda" will also feature Jam Alindogan, an internationally acclaimed correspondent and co-founder of the aid organization Sinagtala, as foreign affairs editor. Additionally, fearless journalist Nancy Carvajal will contribute special reports twice weekly, adding further depth to the program's news coverage.
Airing from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily, "Agenda" is positioned as BNC's flagship program and is "committed to cutting through propaganda and countering the spread of misinformation." The show aims to focus on the most significant issue of the day, offering in-depth reporting and hard-hitting interviews with key figures.
BNC is available on free-to-air television via BEAM TV 31, which can be accessed through digital TV boxes in major cities, including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Baguio, Zamboanga, and Naga. It is also available on Cignal Channel 24.
