BJ Manalo was a former basketball player who once played for Ateneo and La Salle.

Early in life, he was trained to work very hard, wake up early and discipline himself because of his goals in sports. Fast forward to 2024, the attitude and the lessons learned early on are the main essentials of running his business. He is the president and founder of CASLI. His company specializes in waterproofing structures nationwide. However, despite his many responsibilities in their company, he finds his greatest privilege in being a husband to Diane and a father to 5 children: Cailin, Ava, Samuel, Lucia and Ines. Manalo only attributes everything to His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
