MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has approved the franchise bid of Leyte II Electric Cooperative (Leyeco II). Marcos signed Republic Act 12017 on August 9, which aims to ensure power supply in parts of the province of Leyte by approving the franchising bid of Leyeco II. READ: NEA extends P961M worth of loans
