MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives on Monday opened its third—and last—leg of sessions for the 19th Congress.

Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez led the opening. at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City where members of the House will convene jointly with the Senate to listen to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr's third State of the Nation Address (SONA).

The 20th Congress will start after the May 2025 elections.
