SOUTHSTAR Drug and Maxicare — champions of health and wellness — encourage and motivate Filipinos to sprint toward their best lives and become champions of their own through Run for Wellness. Now in its 13th year, Run for Wellness is an annual event that aims to promote physical health and well-being through running.
Run for Wellness will be held at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City on June 16 and in Naga City on September 15. With the theme "Raise. Run. Rise," the race course will consist of in-race installations and activities including boxing, pole vault and gymnastics.
This year's edition of Run for Wellness will also support the country's national athletes. A portion of the event's proceeds will be donated to partner Filipino athletes, namely Eumir Marcial, Aira Villegas, Nesthy Petecio, John Ceniza, Elreen Ando, Vanessa Sarno, Levi Jung-Ruivivar and Joanie Delgaco.
