By Manila Times - 6 months ago

Las Piñas Representative Camille Villar and social media sensation, Zeinab Harake, took some time off their busy schedules to bond with the children at the Villar Sipag Children's Farm in Bacoor, Cavite.

Cooking spaghetti and fried chicken onsite for the children.

Zeinab, who enjoys the support of 12-million followers on her YouTube account, personally visited the Las Piñas lawmaker at the farm for her Mother's Day vlog last month.

"Actually, my mom and dad are passionate about farming and agriculture, which is why they did this. They want to have areas here with vegetables and also aquaculture, like fish and tilapia," Camille said when asked about the inspiration for the farm.

Camille and Zeinab also agreed that children should spend time outdoors so that they will not be left playing on their gadgets at home.

At the Children's Farm in Bacoor, Cavite, the kids went horseback riding, and feeding the farm animals including chickens, carabaos and rabbits.

As moms, Camille and Zeinab also found time cooking spaghetti and fried chicken for their kids and the children from Child Hope Foundation.

During the cooking session, Camille shared her dreams for her children, Tristan, 8, and Cara, 1, who were also with her during the activity.

"I want them, first and foremost, to be hardworking because my parents taught me that if you have a dream, you need to work for it," she said. "They need to be good people and hardworking."

Camille's kids joined Zeinab's children — Lucas and Bia— who played around the farm.

Later on, several children from Child Hope Foundation were also treated to a day of fun and adventure at the Children's Farm. Camille also gave some gifts from AllDay Supermarket, and toys from AllToys, while Zeinab distributed shoes to the kids.
