The western sections of Luzon and Visayas, especially Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan and Palawan, will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms because of the southwest monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Saturday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau warned of "possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains" in the affected areas.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated or localized rain showers or thunderstorms.
The temperature range is from 25 degrees Celsius to 32.3 degrees Celsius, with relative humidity ranging from 58 to 94 percent.
