BACOOR CITY, Cavite: The City Government of Bacoor under Mayor Strike Revilla is set to sign a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Land Registration Authority (LRA) on Monday, April 29, in its bid to streamline its land registration services.
The MoA signing will take place at the Strike Gymnasium during Bacoor's Monday flag-raising ceremony.
By collaborating with the LRA, Bacoor aims to leverage advanced technologies and regulatory support to ensure faster and more reliable land registration services for its residents.
Mayor Revilla highlighted the importance of this partnership, saying, "This MoA with the LRA represents a pivotal move towards modernizing our land registration processes."
"It is crucial for our administration to provide transparent and efficient services to the people of Bacoor," the mayor added.
Revilla stressed that the city government is committed to ensuring that property transactions are conducted smoothly and benefiting all stakeholders involved.
The agreement outlines several key initiatives, including the integration of LRA's digital systems with city management operations, training for local officials on new land registration protocols, and public awareness campaigns to educate citizens about the updated processes.
