MANILA, Philippines: Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with some isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms within the day due to the ridge of a High Pressure Area (HPA) extending over the eastern section of Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Saturday.
The weather bureau describes a ridge as "a relatively narrow extension of an anticyclone or high-pressure area as shown on a weather chart."
Saturday's temperature ranges from 25.5 to 35.4 C, while humidity ranges from 44 to 76 percent.
