Representatives from the National Book Development Board (NBDB) pay tribute to Francisco Balagtas at Orion, Bataan, where Balagtas has written some of his masterpieces. Also known as Francisco Baltasar, a Filipino poet and writer during the Spanish rule of the Philippines, he is considered one of the Filipino literary greats for his impact on Filipino literature.
