Over 7k pass medical technologists exam

MANILA, Philippines: The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 7,309 out of 9,068 examinees or 80.60 percent passed the March 2024 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination.

Jeency Agujar Pilapil from Cebu Doctors University topped the list with 93 percent score.

The Cebu Doctors University and Notre Dame of Maribel University were named the top performing schools, garnering 100 percent passing rate.

Below are the top 10:

1. Jeency Agujar Pilapil, Cebu Doctors University topped, 93 percent;

2. Jed Ataban Cangsan, Saint Louis University, 92.80 percent;

3. Ralph Jason Datu Tulmo, Riverside College, 92.70 percent;

4. Ai-Jay Vidal Cortez, San Pedro College, 92.50 percent;

5. Elija Medado Cabase, University of Cebu, 92.30 percent;

James Kyle Canoy Ching, Velez College, 92.30 percent;

Angela Grace Pamittan Regalado, University of Santo Tomas, 92.30 percent;

Denise Antoinette Reano Rivera, University of Santo Tomas, 92.30 percent;

6. Gwyneth Balde, Far Eastern University- Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, 92.20 percent;

Ashley Garcia Molina, Centro Escolar University, 92.20 percent;

Nikki Lascuña Phung, Cebu Doctors University, 92.20 percent;

Eriza Joy Abalos Tambalque, Santo Louis University, 92.20 percent;

7. Pittzman Jo Ravelo Acosta, Adventist University of the Philippines, 92.10 percent;

8. Paolo Evan Wil Martin Pascual, Centro Escolar University, 92 percent;

Ricca Christyl Ongcol Sumalpong, Soliman University, 92 percent;

9. Annika Charis Garcia Barraba, Our Lady of Fatima University-Pampanga, 91.80 percent;

Carmelyn Roneth Codoy Magalang, Venu Doctors University, 91.80 percent;

10. Jean Flores Belciña, University of Cebu-Banilad, 91.70 percent.

The exam was administered in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
