Jimmy Patronis, Florida’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has received full endorsement from US President-elect Donald Trump for Florida's 1st Congressional District. Announcing his support on Truth Social, Trump praised Patronis for his service and aligned policies. Following the endorsement, Patronis announced his resignation from the state Cabinet effective 31 March. With a long history in public service and deep ties to Florida, Patronis is expected to bring experience and Trump-aligned policies to his potential congressional campaign.
