Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has suspended the Medical Superintendent and several senior medical staff at Nishtar Hospital in Multan, following an HIV outbreak among dialysis patients. The inquiry revealed criminal negligence, including violations of infection control protocols and the reuse of dialysis equipment.
