Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon and Gaza killed dozens on Sunday, including children, as the Israel-Hamas war entered its second month. An airstrike in northern Lebanon killed at least 23 people, while another in Jabaliya refugee camp in Gaza killed at least 17. Israel said it targeted militant sites but is reviewing the Jabaliya strike.
