China's consumer prices rises slow to 0.3% on year in October

China's consumer price growth slowed in October, with the consumer price index rising just 0.3% year-on-year. Producer price deflation worsened, dropping 2.9% from a year earlier. This comes despite new stimulus measures from Beijing, including a 10 trillion yuan package aimed at alleviating local government debt.
