British rock band Pink Floyd has sold its recorded music catalog, name, and likeness rights to Sony Music for $400 million. The deal includes iconic albums but not songwriting rights. Pink Floyd nearly closed a similar deal in 2022 but faced issues due to internal conflicts. The band last recorded together in 1994.
