Fijian President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere has called for respect for the Pacific region and a halt to missile tests, following China's launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile. Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly, he highlighted the Pacific Ocean's history as a nuclear testing ground and urged cessation of such actions.
