China announced an anti-dumping probe into Canadian canola and chemical products following Canada's new tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles. Canada had last month imposed 100 per cent tariffs on Chinese EVs, similar to actions taken by the US and EU, accusing China of unfair trade practices.
