A fire in Manila's Chinatown district killed at least 11 people, with 14 firetrucks fighting for over two hours to control the blaze. The fire started in an eatery on the ground floor, with staff among the dead. Most were found on the second and third floors. Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna offered condolences and ordered inspections to ensure safety regulations are followed.
