It has been reported that North Korean soldiers are being sent to Ukraine to assist the Russian forces. This is part of a recently concluded agreement between Russia and North Korea during Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to the hermit kingdom. The two countries are closely cooperating on matters of defense.
