Striking deals to end campus protests, some colleges invite discussion of their investments
After weeks of anti-war protests at U.S. universities, some schools, including Brown, Northwestern, and Rutgers, reached agreements with pro-Palestinian protesters to avoid disruptions during final exams and graduation ceremonies. These deals, amid nationwide campus unrest and over 2,400 arrests since April 17, included commitments to review investments in Israel.
