Heavy rains in Rio de Janeiro and Espirito Santo, Brazil, have killed at least 23 people, with 15 deaths in Espirito Santo and 13 in Mimoso do Sul. Rescue teams had to stop work due to landslide risks, with efforts restarting on Saturday.
