World leaders have condemned a deadly attack by gunmen on a Moscow concert hall, killing over 60 people and injuring over 100. The attack was claimed by the Islamic State group. Russia's deputy prime minister, Tatyana Golikova, expressed his gratitude to doctors and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded. Ukraine, which has been facing a Russian military offensive for two years, denied any involvement in the attack.
