Pak Senate faces dysfunction as over half of members retire, elections set for April 2

More than half of the Pakistan Senate members retired, leaving the upper house of parliament in a challenging situation. The delay in conducting general elections by the Election Commission of Pakistan has created disarray. Senate elections to fill vacancies will take place on April 2.
