King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer and will postpone public-facing duties, according to Buckingham Palace. He is "wholly positive" about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty soon. Charles underwent a corrective procedure for an enlarged prostate last month, but the cancer is not prostate cancer.
