By Economic Times - 10 months ago
Alaska Airlines discovered many loose bolts on its Boeing 737 MAX 9 fleet during inspections following a dangerous incident. The CEO expressed frustration and anger, urging Boeing to improve their quality programs. United Airlines also expressed concerns about future orders and deliveries of Boeing 737s, specifically questioning the delivery of 31 Boeing 737 Max 9 aircraft. They expect a reduction in orders and deliveries from Boeing in 2025, including the uncertain delivery of 277 Boeing 737 MAX 10 aircraft. United is working on an alternate plan.
